Enduro Racing Tips: 3 Things To Consider When Choosing Your Racer

The first thing you need to know are the rules of the particular enduro event you are going to participate in. Here in the Central Vermont area you will find two types of enduros.

8-cylinder enduro racing is as rare as the “old boats” you’d want to race in one. My old 1979 Ford Thunderbird was one of the best cars I’ve ever driven in a race.

4 and 6 cylinder enduros are more common. Small cars can be found everywhere. I drove a 1997 Ford Escort Wagon last year.

The 3 things you should pay attention to when choosing your enduro car.

1) Price. You don’t want to spend a lot. The car will most likely sustain serious damage during the 200 laps of a typical enduro. I paid $50 for that little Escort van.

two) Solid car. Not only do you not want to spend a lot on a car that you know is going to crash, but you want to find the most solid car for your money. Driving a rusty junker in an enduro race is a disaster. I’ll use an example from one of my previous runs…

It’s 1994 and I’m driving a 1979 Buick LeSabre in the annual Enduro 200 at Thunder Road. I only got about 100 laps in and got caught up in a big crash. A redneck I was looking for elsewhere crashed into my car and the trunk lid popped open.

Once the crash was resolved and the survivors were rolling again, I realized they were black flagging me.

“Why the hell are they black flagging me? A raised trunk lid shouldn’t be a problem in an enduro, right?”

I plan to ignore the black flag for a couple of stints. The flaggers got pretty frantic and leaned over the cars trying to get my attention.

“They really want me to pit. I’d better go tie the trunk lid.”

When I came into the pits, the guys on my team told me to turn off the car.

“What? Close the lid and let me come back.”

“There’s nothing to tie him to!”

My car had completely disintegrated from the rear wheel wells. One frame rail was bent 90 degrees and was sticking out straight.

The gas tank had been dragging on the track. That was why those bannermen had been so frantic.

The moral of the story. Pick a solid car for your enduro racer.

3) How much will you have to invest to have your running career ready? If you’re starting from scratch, it’ll cost you around $500 to turn a street car into an enduro racer. That’s materials. If you pay someone to work at your broker, plan a lot more.

How well does the car run? Pick a car that runs well and requires very little mechanical work to be race ready.

Enduro racing can be a lot of fun if you build a strong car that can survive the chaos of this type of racing. To build a strong car you have to start with one and that is what this article is about.

your new kitchen

It is where we prepare food, wash dishes, eat and socialize. It’s the center of the house, the nerve center if you will, and the place where everyone inevitably ends up, whether you’re hosting a dinner party or just a regular Tuesday dinner.

It is your kitchen and it should reflect your personality and tastes like any other room in the house. They say the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in any home and it’s no wonder it’s the busiest, the messiest, and usually the one that houses the most “stuff.” With so many options available, it’s hard to narrow down what you want in a dream kitchen, so here are some ideas to help you.

A kitchen island can be a godsend, especially if you need more counter space and storage. An island can be mobile or fixed and can even offer a different space for your sink. They’re great places to store items, great areas for a breakfast bar or a place to do homework, and complete the look of the kitchen while being ultra-functional in the process.

Custom cabinets can make your space shine and use every inch of space you want as they are built on a project by project basis. If you want towering cabinets that reach the ceiling, that’s what you get, if you need a slim slider for trays and flat items that fit in just the right place, you can get that too. All personalized, all just for you. A wonderful addition to any kitchen.

Sun Rooms are great additions to any kitchen, doubling as dining rooms or breakfast nooks. Imagine your kitchen flooded with light and with all that extra space for entertaining or just enjoying the outdoors from inside. Most of today’s sunrooms can be used year-round and add all important square footage to your home, regardless of where they are located. Since kitchens get used so much, it’s always a good plan to create more space in there.

New hardware. While it may seem like a simple thing, getting new hardware for existing cabinets can make your entire kitchen look new again. Going one step further and updating the cabinets can also alter the entire look of the room, and getting new lighting fixtures and/or plumbing fixtures can also transform the look without breaking the budget.

The Five Pillars of Kindness: Frank Kern’s Secret to Success

Have you ever heard of Frank Kern? He is probably the highest earning internet marketer on the planet, as well as one of the coolest, smoothest guys he has ever met. Waking up this morning, I checked my email inbox and found an email from Frank Kern himself with an amazing video he put together that blew me away.

When Frank talks about marketing, I shut up, stop whatever I’m doing and listen. I mean come on the guy has made up to $27 million in a year online and last year alone he made about $9 million in revenue on 1 product. If only one!

Do you think you and I could learn something from the boy? I’m going to tell you what Frank Kern shared with me, so sit back, relax and accept it all.

Pillar #1: Know Your List or Audience Desired Outcome

Many internet marketers have huge lists, but they don’t make any money from that list. A true seller will know what a niche market is and what he wants. To be successful in this game, you need to know exactly what people want and help them get it.

Pillar #2 – Overcome Your Skepticism with Kindness of Surprise and Awe

Ok, you’re probably saying, “Josh, what the hell are you talking about”? Well, here it goes. When someone joins your list and opts in, they do so because they want to be one step closer to their desired outcome. It’s your job to do your best and give them your best stuff for free. Do not stop. It’s about building trust with people and if you can deliver the products, you’ll have that trust. Give them your “secret weapon” that you have used to produce the best results for you.

Pillar #3 – Demonstrate that they can achieve the desired result

You want your list to know that they can do it. Doubt ruins ambition and when people doubt, they won’t take another step with you. You want to show them that other people are having the success they want. Show them testimonials and evidence of what has happened to people in your program who have followed the system and been successful. Social proof is everything and the proof is in the pudding, so to speak.

Pillar #4 – Give people the tools up front they need to get started

Offer people 5 FREE bonuses that will help them get closer to their desired result. Depending on what you are selling or trying to sell, this will be different in every instance. Offer them something they can walk away with and be successful with even if they don’t associate with you or buy anything from you. Again, this goes a long way in gaining people’s trust and providing them with pure value. You want to be a value adder to people’s lives.

Pillar #5 – Motivate people to go further

You want to make an offer to your list with their best interest in mind, not yours. If you follow the steps above and have built trust with your list, they will be motivated to go further because they see that you are someone of value and have positioned yourself as an authority. When they see that you have their best interest in mind, they will be able to do business with people for years to come, again and again.

In conclusion

Just to recap the 5 pillars, you want to learn about people’s desired outcomes, help them overcome skepticism with surprising coldness, show they can be successful by using testimonials, give people the tools they need to get started, and finally motivate people to take the next steps with their interests in mind.
This is the Iron-Clad process that Frank used to create his empire and now he has selflessly shared it with me so that I, in turn, can share it with you.

A cordial greeting,

Joshua K Boxer

Key challenges faced in eradicating child labor in India and other developing regions

Throughout the world, especially in developing parts, there are widespread cases of children being used as informal labor in all industrial sectors. According to surveys, countries such as Sudan, Congo, Zimbabwe, Pakistan and Ethiopia have consistently ranked at the top of child labor employment charts. But it is India, the world’s largest democratic republican nation, that has the dubious distinction of being considered the worst of them all.

Actual numbers vary as there is no real consistency in the statistical data collection process. From official estimates to figures put forward by non-governmental organizations and unofficial estimates, the figures fluctuate wildly, from 10 million employed children to as high as the 100 million mark.

Certain types of industries and occupations have also traditionally lent themselves to employing children by choice. Examples include: fireworks industry, Jari work, artificial jewelry units, textile units, etc. Furthermore, the entire framework of small and medium-scale industry has also been at risk of employing child labourers. Apart from these, shipyards, informal recycling and garbage collection networks, food service industries, etc. they have also found that they are significantly involved in contributing to the employment of children.

In most cases, the shady world of child trafficking has extended its deadly tentacles by taking advantage of the circumstances and compulsions of people who are already suffering the scourge of conditions of severe poverty. But child labor in India is not simply a problem of poverty. There are other factors involved which include societal attitudes towards children, family driven neglect and a medieval mindset that believes in practices like bonded labour, etc.

A detailed examination of the reasons behind these developments by experts has revealed that they do not really work on their own. In almost all cases, close interdependencies between the key reasons have been discovered.

At the top of this list is poverty, which is often endemic and runs through the fabric of the family or the community as a whole. Lack of access to quality education is another contributing factor, with school dropout rates higher than the general average in regions where child labor is rampant. There is also a high incidence of gender discrimination and girls are consistently worse off than boys in this respect. Natural or man-made disasters often leave children at a significant disadvantage and put them at risk of exploitation.

In general, however, it is society that is largely responsible for this scourge. The demand for cheap labor and the subsequent exploitation of children are the result of social conditions and therefore the thought process needs to change, before we see the effects in the real world.

10 great ideas for rustic garden furniture to help you choose your rustic garden furniture

One of the best ways to add pleasure to your garden is to add patio furniture. Whatever type of backyard you have, it can be made more attractive with rustic patio furniture. Below are 10 ideas to help you choose which particular type is right for your garden.

1. Choose whether your garden will look better with modern or traditional furniture, just because you want to have rustic garden furniture, it doesn’t have to be traditional. There are plenty of companies that produce modern designs on traditional materials.

2. Decide what you are going to use your furniture for. Will you be sitting down to enjoy the beauty of your garden or to entertain friends and family? Will you need extra chairs and tables, for card games or afternoon tea, or just to relax?

3. Where are you going to put your new rustic garden furniture? Are you a sun worshiper or do you prefer shade? Is it going to get more use by the pool, or at the end of the garden among the scented roses, in complete privacy? Maybe you need to put it next to the children’s play area, so you can keep an eye on them?

4. Will you have to keep moving pieces to other areas, mowing the lawn or following the sun? If you only have room for one rustic garden furniture set that needs to be moved, make sure it’s not too heavy to move.

5. If you are going to have multiple seating areas, will you want to have the same type of furniture for each area, or would different styles and materials look more appealing? Only you can decide, so it’s worth spending some time, walking around and looking at your garden, at different times of the day, before deciding.

6. Would some permanent furniture look better in stone or wood? Keep in mind that while stone may look attractive, you will need cushions for some comfort, and if the furniture is located on a lawn, it will need to be trimmed in a formal garden.

7. Are you looking for the elegance of classic style? If so, why not consider wrought iron? These days it is available in many different styles and shapes, as well as a host of beautiful colors. Rustic garden furniture of this type will enhance a classic garden, as well as bring lightness and lightness to your garden.

8. How much can you spend on your garden furniture? Wooden tables, chairs, benches, etc., come in several different woods, such as pine, cedar, and teak. You can also buy wicker, cane and rattan furniture. Deciding which one is right for you depends on whether you want to invest in something that will last a long time or you will need to change it after a few years. Pine, wicker, and rattan don’t last long outside and will need storage. inside for winter.

9. If you opt for long-lasting wooden garden furniture, you should choose cedar or teak. Well-made furniture made from these two woods will last a long time, with just a little maintenance. Being hardwoods, they are resistant to warping and chipping, as well as insect infestation.

10. Take good care of your garden furniture and it will serve you for many seasons. Teak oil will return the wood to its like-new appearance, but all furniture should be checked for chips and chips and cleaned when necessary.

Whatever you choose, enjoy your garden for many seasons and many years. For more rustic garden furniture ideas visit Perennial Flower Garden Ideas [http://www.janesjems.com].

High Energy Flux is the best for fat loss

Men and women typically think of eating fewer calories or doing fat-burning cardio when they want to get rid of ugly fat, they don’t think of Energy Flux. After looking in the mirror and seeing the bulging love handles on their belt, they say things like, “I need to go on a diet” or “I need to get in shape.” That’s your first mistake when looking to shed ugly fat.

Dieting alone or exercising alone is not the solution to losing ugly fat. You must combine both to get the results you want.

Dr. John Berardi uses a term called “Energy Flux” or “G Flux” to explain the right combination of diet and exercise to shed fat and build an attractive body. In simple terms, Energy Flux is the balance between energy intake (the food you eat) and energy cost (the calories you burn).

Let’s look at different examples of Energy Flux to find out which one is best for losing fat and building a body you can be proud of…

Energy flow Example 1: eat little – exercise little

Many people live with little food and little exercise. Very little energy enters and very little energy is expended. This results in a frail, skinny and weak appearance.

Energy flow Example 2: eat a lot – do a little exercise

This Energy Flux example is by far the most common example. A lot of energy goes in and very little energy is used. The result of too much energy and too little expenditure leads to a surplus that the body stores as fat. As you probably know all too well, excess fat is not what you want if you want a lean, muscular, athletic body. (If it was, almost everyone I know would be the picture-perfect health, fitness, and fitness picture.)

Energy Flow Example 3: Eat Little – Exercise Lots

Now we are talking. This is where most people think their energy flow should be. After all, if Example #2 is the worst example, then this “mirror image” should be the best, right?

Restricting calories through diet and using energy through exercise means that more energy is used than is available. This creates an energy deficit, which means the body must burn fat for fuel. And this is great… at least at first glance.

But what happens over time is:

1) Drastically cutting calories also reduces performance.

2) Your body doesn’t have enough energy to build muscle or make other changes to improve performance or appearance.

3) Muscle is also sacrificed in the struggle to provide enough energy to perform the high volume of exercise.

So the real result of this kind of long-term energy flow is a body that literally cannibalizes itself to maintain an energy balance, leaving you looking weak, emaciated, and tired.

So what’s left?

Energy Flow Example #4: Eat Lots – Exercise Lots

If you eat a lot of healthy and nutritious food and use this energy to perform a high volume of effective exercise… what do you think happens?

Your body adapts to the higher level of activity by building muscle and making other physical changes, and the nutrients are available to make these changes. The result: an athletically muscular and fit body with an extremely low amount of body fat.

Therefore, lots of good food and plenty of exercise is the right energy balance if you want to burn fat AND expose a fit, muscular body. (This is the point, right?) As you can see, HIGH Energy Flux is the clear choice.

If you want to lose fat and the result of fat loss is a strong, lean, athletic body, then you need to create HIGH Energy Flux. It needs a lot of (good) energy going in and a lot of (good) energy going out. Don’t just go on a diet. Don’t just exercise. Combine a healthy diet and plenty of exercise for high energy flow and get the fat loss results you want!

Science of seduction – The three laws of attraction that every man should know

“Attraction is not a choice.”

-David DeAngelo

Interesting quote, but what does this mean for us? In shorts, women are conditioned being attracted to certain cues, traits, and physical characteristics. It’s not that they CHOOSE to be attracted to bad boys, athletes, or wealthy businessmen. Rather, they have been conditioned by evolution to be attracted to these types of men, because they execute the correct actions and behaviors that send signals of attraction in women’s brains. Speaking of having chemistry between people!

The good news is that you don’t have to be rich, athletic, or a bad boy to successfully attract women. You just have to ACT like them. You just have to know what behaviors, attitudes and actions you have that WORK to impress and seduce women.

There are 10 laws of attraction that every man should know, but since I have limited space, I’m only going to detail the first three here. For the remaining seven, check out my “How To Be Irresistible To Women” course. Find the details at the end of this article.

Now to the 3 laws of attraction!

First Law of Attraction: Demonstrate High Social Status

There are lots of great ways to do this, including peacock, which is a popular term for dressing up in quirky outfits and hairstyles; be energetic; and using your popularity, the principle of social proof. When women see you socializing with bartenders, managers, and club/bar owners, it shows that you are popular and desirable.

Second rule of attraction: make impressions

A great way to attract a woman is to make a memorable impression. No matter how good you look, how tall you are, how rich you are, all you have to do is leave a good memory of who you are. Make a woman remember you. You can do this in a number of ways, including:

Ask how he is, with confidence.

A simple, “Hey, what’s up?” in a relaxed tone goes a long way in making a girl remember you. This is especially effective with retail store clerks and waitresses. Don’t act too interested in what she has to say, just say it in a slow, cool, DEEP tone of voice that sends her emotional chemicals. buzz!

Making fun of her.

Show your self-confidence by joking about a girl’s hair or occupation. You can say, “Wow, you put a lot of effort into that hairstyle, huh?” or if she says she’s a model or a dancer, say, “Hey, just a model, huh? Well, that’s good.” Acting unimpressed will ironically impress her. Girls are used to being fawned over by guys, so doing the opposite of what she expects will greatly benefit you.

Joking about other guys.

This is a great technique where you can use other guys’ pickup failures to your advantage. If a guy says something really cheesy or stupid, just say, “Man, you gotta get that all the time.” Or just walk up to her and say, “See that guy over there? He has the WORST BO in the world!”
Find out more methods, including how to make her laugh and tell great stories, by ordering my ebook now. You can start with the free six-part audio course How to Be Irresistible to Women and work your way up from there.

Third rule of attraction: be funny in an attractive and arrogant way

As you can see from the methods above, humor is a great way to attract women. Women seem to like to laugh, and when you think about it, you can’t really blame them: Who wants to be with a boring guy? Especially if they’re thinking of settling down with a guy in a relationship, they want a guy who can keep things interesting, funny, and not too serious. Humor does just that. Some great ways to make a girl laugh include:

self-loathing

This is where karaoke is great: you can make fun of yourself and be a clown. Show that you are comfortable with yourself, fun and not too serious.

Ingenuity

As long as you don’t use it too much against him, wit can be a great thing. Shows intelligence and humor.

observational humor

Looking at funny things like a clumsy waiter or a guy whose face looks like his dog’s is a great way to make a girl laugh.

exaggeration

Telling a great story and showing how ridiculous something was is a sure way to make an impression. Having lots of stories ready to tell a girl is a great way to impress and attract her.

cocky Comedy,
This amazing technique, popularized by David DeAngelo, is an amazing way to show high social status and make her laugh. Generally, you want to break his balls and BREAK HIS STATE. Take her out of her element of her, joke around with her in front of her group. Show her that you don’t need her, and above all that you I don’t need it for self-validation. Very powerful stuff.

There are all sorts of additional ways to attract women, and honestly, not enough can be written on the subject. But this should give you a start to your understanding of what women want. To discover more, check out my ebook on how to attract women. It’s YOUR turn to start an exciting new lifestyle, so don’t miss out!

Jump, Bounce and Swing – The Best and Cheapest Forms of Exercise

It is generally accepted these days that we need to exercise to stay healthy, however, with all the labour-saving equipment we have, exercising is often difficult. Joining a gym can be expensive, and adding in the time to get there, change, and shower can take a big chunk out of your night. Running or jogging is so much cheaper and so easy to put off in bad weather. Hits on hard surfaces, if your running technique is not good, can also cause physical problems.

Of course, if you have arthritis or any other seriously debilitating disease, then this type of exercise is a complete no-no. For you, there is the rocking chair. They cost as little as £50 or $75, so most people should be able to afford one. Although I have not been able to find the original source, I have read that studies have been done at the Medical College of Virginia, which have shown that using a rocking chair sets a natural rhythm that activates the body’s natural ability to repair and recover. You should start with up to one hour per day for the first week, then increase the time by ten minutes per day per week for several weeks. It has cured colds, flus, diabetes and even some types of cancer. (From an article by Beatrice Dexter in the Examiner (USA; 7/7/92)) This movement has also been shown to help calm distressed dementia patients in a Rochester, USA, nursing home. .

For more active people, the best and easiest forms of exercise are jumping jacks and bouncing. You’ve probably seen videos of boxers jumping for long periods and I admire them, because I can’t go on for more than ten minutes. However, this is the cheapest way to exercise, as jumping rope can cost as little as $5 or $7. I prefer a real rope one, which is more expensive. Amazon carries 233 different spells. I hadn’t realized you could get leather ones!

If jumping is difficult for you, the next cheapest form of exercise is to use a mini trampoline or trampoline. These cost anywhere from £20 or $30 to £100 or $150. People who use a mini trampoline or bouncer are said to be among the fittest. Even NASA endorses this type of exercise. (Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5): 881-887, 1980). Bouncing exercises your arms, legs, abdominal muscles, heart, and lungs. You will find that your body will be better toned and you will be able to continue for longer and longer periods. This is a zero-impact exercise, which means that even though you’re getting all the benefits of running, you won’t have to absorb the shock waves that would be damaging your muscles and joints (Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation 10: 401-408, 1990) .

You can easily fit a mini trampoline or trampoline into your normal routine, because every minute you spend jumping equals about three to four minutes of running. This also means that you get to the point of burning fat much faster than you would if you were running. You can use a mini trampoline or bouncer while you watch TV or listen to your music: inside or outside, depending on the weather. Since you can use a mini trampoline or trampoline indoors and it takes up little space, you can use it in all weathers.

If you start bouncing, you will find that your circulation will improve and your heart and lung capacities will increase. Your coordination and balance will be better and your muscles will be well-toned, giving you a slimmer figure even before your weight takes a hit. If you’re exercising to lose weight, you should keep in mind that because muscle is heavier than fat, you’ll likely gain some weight, or lose none at all, at first. For this reason, it’s a good idea to not only weigh yourself before you start, but also measure your waist, hips, chest, thighs, upper arms, etc. You will soon notice that, in addition to losing weight, you have more energy and vitality and that you have fewer infections. Dr. Morton Walker, in his book Jumping for Health: A Guide to Rebounding Aerobics (Avery 1989) says that there are at least thirty health benefits to rebounding and that it activates your lymphatic system, which is an integral part of your system. toxin removal.

Jumping, skipping, and swinging are by far the best forms of exercise. They all offer tremendous health benefits, yet cost so little that anyone can take at least one of them.

Choosing a Dog Breed: More Small and Mixed Dogs

I love old movies with Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. In ‘Shall We Dance’, Fred and Ginger sail across the Atlantic on the Queen Anne. Ginger stops at the ship’s busy kennel and takes the dog out of it. As Fred, Ginger and her dog are pacing the deck, the dog steps on her sleeve and ruins her sweater. How nice! Standing by the railing, Ginger holds her fluffy-faced dog as Fred sings “I’ve Got Beginner’s Luck.” Can you guess the breed of dog? My personal opinion is that this cute dog is a Maltipoo rather than a Havanese or Bichon Frize. Pass? There are many wonderful small dog breeds. Some of the best small dogs are not purebreds, but mongrels technically called crosses. Before buying or adopting a small dog, it’s a good idea to research the different breeds to find out which dog is right for you.

Half-Blood (Mestizo)

Maltipoo- The Malti-Poo is a crossbreed because it is a cross between 2 different purebred dog breeds: the Maltese and the Poodle. This adorable little dog often has a fluffy, backward-turned tail. The characteristics of mixed breeds are less predictable than those of pure breeds. Be sure to consult a reputable breeder or shelter about the qualities you are looking for in your dog before purchasing a mixed breed dog. The Maltipoo is an active and affectionate pet. They do well with other pets, but not with small children. They require regular grooming. Maltipoos make good apartment dogs as long as they get enough exercise.

Morkie – Also called the Yorktese, this dog is a cross between a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. The Morkie is very small, affectionate and loyal. With training they can get along with other pets and older children. They need regular grooming. The Yorktese can be an apartment dog as long as he gets regular exercise. They are better watchdogs than Maltipoo’s.

Puggle – The Puggle is slightly larger than the Maltipoo and often has the wonderful features of beagles and pugs. Puggles are good with children and other pets. They like human interaction and lots of exercise. These dogs require regular grooming and are alert watchdogs.

Cockapoo – These dogs have adorable faces framed by curly, fluffy ears. They are half cocker spaniel and half poodle. Poodle crosses are often popular because poodles don’t shed, making them good for people with allergies. The Cockapoo needs regular grooming, but it is a dog that sheds a lot.
