3 secrets to cure your sinus problems

Say goodbye to chronic sinus problems. You’re sick of that vicious cycle of one antibiotic after another that only leaves your sinuses primed for another infection and more suffering. Find out the hidden causes of sinusitis and you’ll be well on your way to overcoming those miserable sinus problems.

Are you ready to get out of this vicious circle? Are you willing to search for the underlying causes of your sinus problems instead of just treating the symptoms?

In over 25 years of treating and coaching patients on the holistic, natural approach to treating chronic health issues like sinus issues, I have found these top 3 mysterious culprits behind most chronic health issues:

Poor nutrition leading to toxic tissues and nutritional deficiencies.

Toxicity

Excessive growth of hostile organisms in affected tissues (dysbiosis)

Let’s look at each of these culprits.

Nutrition problems:
Most of us have become more aware of the lack of nutritional quality in many of the products in our food supply. Basically, any type of food processing devitalizes them and turns them into “foods of death”. Unfortunately, we die a slow and painful death when we are so disappointed in eating this food of death. This damaged tissue may go unnoticed until a major disease develops.

The sinuses are tissues nourished by what we choose to take into our mouths. Processed, sugary foods made with bad fats don’t nourish us and actually tone our tissues. The body cannot build and repair itself with poor building materials.

So I congratulate you on your quest to cure your sinuses. Eat fresh whole foods, emphasizing more vegetables in your meals, whole grains and good sources of protein. If the hostile organisms have not taken hold in your sinuses or other parts of your body, then you can also include two small servings of fresh whole fruit and some nuts and seeds in your healthy eating plan.

Toxicity issues:
Unfortunately, most people have no idea how much toxicity has built up in their tissues. With all the pollution in our air, water, and food, we gradually accumulate metals and toxic chemicals in our bodies. However, detecting the level of toxicity can be difficult, so even doctors generally don’t know how to detect the level of toxins in tissues.

Our blood quickly pours toxic substances into our tissues to prevent them from accumulating in vital organs. Therefore, blood tests do not reveal the toxins. So it sticks lead in the bones, or mercury in the brain or the sinuses or the heart. And the other toxic metals (cadmium, nickel, and aluminum) also get trapped in the organs along with the toxic chemicals.

Anyone who has ever smoked or lived with a smoker has leaked a tremendous load of toxic metals and highly toxic chemicals through their sinuses. Obviously, a smoker must quit if he ever hopes to cure those poor overworked sinuses.

Chlorella, an algae, helps remove toxins from the tissues. You can find it in health food stores.

Chelation removes heavy metals faster. Consult a healthcare professional well-versed in heavy metal detoxification to help you get rid of your toxic load faster.

Hostile Organizations:
When our tissues become a toxic garbage dump due to poor nutrition and the buildup of toxic metals and chemicals, hostile organisms grow like crazy. Then every time you have to take an antibiotic for another “sinus infection” you kill more of the good guys keeping the bad guys at bay. Consequently, dysbiosis (imbalance in organisms in the sinuses or other parts of the body) worsens even more.

Do you want to get out of this vicious circle?

So stop feeding the bad guys. They love sugary food and other junk food. Eat healthy meat, veggies, and gluten-free grains to starve these guys out. Eat the healthy organisms known as probiotics. Those bad bugs flee from healthy tissue.

To understand more about dysbiosis, check out the information on Candida or candidiasis, the yeast that overgrows in these toxic situations. In reality, it is a myriad of yeasts and unfriendly organisms that overgrow, but the emphasis in the literature has been on Candida. That’s okay because the healthy things you do to get rid of Candida also help get rid of the other bad guys.

By the way, Candida problems may not go away until you detox heavy metals and toxic chemicals. Find a healthcare professional well versed in toxicity and dysbiosis. He/she can help you with these two persistent issues that may be keeping your sinus problems from healing.

As you implement healthy eating habits and get rid of toxins and unfriendly bugs, you’ll be glad your overall health, energy, and joie de vivre improve along with clearing your sinus problems.
